Going the extra mile

We believe that the real measure of a supplier is how they react in a crisis situation. Because, let's face it, nobody's perfect. Mistakes do happen.

Sometimes it's our fault; sometimes someone else's. No matter. When something does go wrong, our immediate response is to solve the problem and do everything physically and technically possible to retrieve the situation.

Amazingly, we've had very few such situations over the years - probably because of our meticulous planning, our attention to detail and our high level of communication among ourselves and with our clients.

Some suppliers talk about going the extra mile for their clients; and indeed, many do.

But how many have gone the extra 5,500?
